Nike was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He came out to my house the day after I called and gave me a written quote. I had another quote but felt Nike would do the job better and more professional. He met our expectations and than some. I would highly recommend Floors Only. I intend to use Nike again for another project.

Our floors were scratched and many boards were broken, but when the job was done, it was unabelievable, it looks beautiful. In fact, it looks brand new. We were completely impressed by the fine workmanship. I highly recommedn Floors Only of San Francisco.

Nick was great. His attention to detail is out of this world. He not only refinished our floors, we had a lot of repair work which he did on his knees for 4 days. Our floors are from the 1920's and have a very ornate borders. Nick truly was working on a puzzle replacing only the damaged pieces of wood. The floors came out beautiful. We agreed to a matte finish which Nick suggested. When it dried I must say I did not like the look of the floors. I called Nick on a Saturday morning and told him that I did not like the finish and he said ok do you want semi-gloss finish. He came down the same day and applied the new finish. They look amazing

Floors look gorgeous, Nick kept in constant contact, was a real pleasure to work with. Very pleased with result, would be happy to work with Floors Only again in future if I ever need floor refinishing done again. No reservations in recommending.

Nic was direct and to the point about the work to be done and the cost. He had no problems cleary explaining the whole process to me and he advised me towards the right approach. The repair project was planned and completed as communicated. The employees were polite, courteous and professional. It was a job well done. I would use San Fracisco Floors in the future.
