Great experience, No problems, excellent workmenship my wood floors look great. I shpped atround and Floorsmart gave me the best price. I enjoyed working with Carol and she was easy to speak to and answered all my questions. I personally don't like to recomment companies that I have done business in my home butI Floorsmart is such a great company that I feel very comfortable recommending this marvelous company.

We used Floorsmart to put hardwood flooring down on our second floor and our staircase. The salesman was extremely throrough and provided an accurate quote with no surprises. The crew was meticulous, and did not cut any corners. The job was not rushed, and the guys made our 70+ year old staircase look straight again! The guys explained everything they did along the way. Everyone at the company is knowledgeable and personable. I will use them again in the future for kitchen and bathroom flooring!

Great customer service as they called me back before and after the project was completed. The folks that installed the carpet were OK. Their clean up job was iffy as they left the cardboard in my driveway and there were carpet pieces everywhere in the rooms where they installed. Overall, a decent experience.
