Jim exceeded our expectations! Jim removed the carpet in our den, weaves in new hardwood flooring , sanded the kitchen, hallways, sun porch , dining room , living room, bathroom, staircase, stained an antique brown and they look fantastic. Price was fair and the floors are flawless. Jim we can't thank you enough.

There are a lot of pros who do a great job for a great price. Not only did Jim do an amazing job for a better price than anyone else quoted but he brings something to the table many contractors miss - the communication piece. We submitted our HomeAdvisor request at about 10:45 on a weekday. Not 5 min later I received a text from Jim. Perfect. It showed me his get-up-and-go without the intrusiveness of a phone call at that hour. That level of communication continued throughout the project (and blizzard) as Jim kept me posted, knowledgeably answered my endless questions and got right back to me when I left a message. Couldn't ask for more.

Did a beautiful job on hardwood refinish. Very proactive and didn't try to convince us to get extra work done on the parts of the house that didn't have hardwood. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful floor.

I hired Floors of Distinction to refinish my hardwood floors. They were very tired and hadn't been cared for in years. Jim did a fantastic job and they look like new floors. He was courteous, prompt and a true professional. Not to mention reasonably priced. Hire him!

Floors of Distinction, Inc. performed the work at my home as agreed, and exceeded my expectiations which are always high of any contractor that I choose. Being in the construction business for many years, I have seen both success and failure of contractors, and Jim at Floors of Distinction proved his success. He was able to meet a tight schedule, pricing was extremely reasonable, and his work was still completed with perfection. In addition, the level of communication was exemplary, before, during, and after the project. I would recommend Jim to anyone, and he will be the only person to work on any further floor project in my home.

Was reliable, on time. Gave me daily updates as I do not live in the property yet. Neat and clean. I highly recommend Jim and his staff. Great job, the floors were a definite challenge, and they look amazing.
