The job that I needed done was unclogging a pipe, basically running a long snake to push the blockage through. The contractor did a good job, was pleasant and courteous. Please make sure you negotiate or get an estimate over the phone. Initial estimate was very high.

I was satisfied Fottlani arrived at the schedule time. I was dissatisfaction that the job was misdiagnosis and I had to call another plummer who found the problem. I asked Fottlani to check for where the water was leaking and I showed him the standing water collecting underneath the tiles on the floor. He said the water wasn't leaking but that I only needed to caulk the shower. He caulked the shower but the very next day the water was still on the floor. The next plummer found two pipes inside the wall that were leaking. I feel taken advantage of by Fottlani because I paid him $250+tax for a job that did not take care of my problem.

Arrived later than expected. Tried to overcharge for a simple water filter installation. Claimed that the filter was missing parts and had to go to home Home Depot to get parts. Took two hours to get parts and came back and finish in 15 mins. Total job took almost 3hrs!. Never again!

The plumber had never worked with this type of faucet before and it took him 2 visits before it was finally done correctly and he made it clear he was not returning for a 3rd visit if needed
Response by Fottlani, LLC: sure sometimes, we come by new products, but my comment wasnt about not comming out the 3 time, but about getting it right so l do not have to come back out the third time.

First, Fottlani is all about getting before any other contractor can call in for the work. Secondly, he assesses how much he thinks you can pay (not how much the job actually costs) and that's what he charges. I refused to pay the rediculous amount he requested for such a basic plumbing job and he asked me how much I can pay. His work was shabby and incomplete -- even after paying him much more than the work should have costs. I now have to call a REAL PLUMBER in to do the work Fottlani couldn't do.

I no sooner entered my request in service magic and got a call. A plumber came out that afternoon. My leak turned out to be my garbage disposal. He went and bought a new one, installed it and was done in 2 hours tops! Great work.

Service man overcharged for the work as I found out from others who called to do the work. He did not correct the problem the first time and had to return. The house was being inspected and therefore I had to pay for the inspector to return.
Response by Fottlani, LLC: Its the inspector that is playing games so that he can come back out for more trip charge, not the plumber. besides when a plumber invested his own money in buying parts, prices are usually marked up.Especially when it takes 30 days to get paid on such jobs.
