I originally hired Derek to repair two windows in my newly purchased condo. Once I met him and saw what great work he did, I asked him to do many other projects/repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and installing appliances. He’s extremely knowledgeable, hard working, efficient, punctual, neat, and a really nice guy. My condo is literally transformed thanks to Derek and his assistant Russell. I recommend him fully to anyone needing a contractor and wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else.

Derek called within a few minutes of receiving my information and arranged to come out and see what work I had that same day. We made an appointment for him to come out that same day. He has already started my work and has done a wonderful job.
