I am a strong believer in investing in quality work, and I am a stickler about great customer service. Manny, who not only replaced my two faucets but also secured my sink into the wall and fixed small leaks, exceeded my expectations in both quality work as well as his customer service. He was friendly, efficient, and he finished both jobs in under 2 hours. He also explained everything that he did as well as went through the pricing in detail. He also cleaned up after himself which I greatly appreciated. I will call him for any plumbing needs until he retires.

Manny was on time and did very professional work. He had warned me over the phone before coming out that I might have to replace my entire shower fixture, but once he was here he found that it was easily repaired, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Franco Belli Plumbing and Heating & in particular Manny Roveccio. Manny did both the estimation & the execution of the project. From first meeting Manny I felt very comfortable with his knowledge & was confident that he would execute the job as promised. It was a pleasure watching a professional do his work. From his showing up on time to connecting to the building's water line, to making a hole thru the brick, to cleaning up the work area, Manny was outstanding. Other contractors wanted me to install the access panel, not Manny. A job well done from start to finish. It is rare to come across a contractor like Manny.

Serviceman arrived, had replacement faucet already in hand in case a new one was needed (existing one couldn't be repaired), had excellent price for new faucet and installation - job taken care of immediately
