Project: Repair or Service Swimming Pool Heaters

I had a new heater installed, 2 pumps rebuilt, and some new piping and valves installed. The work was completed very quickly, and the quality of work was very high. The price was not super cheap, but pool equipment repair requires a specialized skill set. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We are currently having our pool replastered. We selected Francys due to cost and reviews. They had a few bad reviews but mostly good so we went with them. They started the work 2 days ago. The initial impression was that they were fast and efficient. It was odd that they knocked on the door and requested payment which was unprofessional. They seemed surprised that we asked for a receipt. We paid cash due to getting a discount. We were initially told the project would be done in 2 days. After a no show yesterday, they said they would be back today. No show again. So I have an unfinished, empty hole in my back yard which is a safety hazard.

We had a complete pool make over: coping, tile, plaster and deck. It was handled timely and efficiently. The tile and coping man is one of the best I have seen. Good job overall.

Good experience, the work was completed in 2 days and the workmen did a really good job, so much so a friend now wants a quote for his pool. I have already recommended this compnay within a day of the work being finished.

Leo, who we worked with, is very accommodating and helpful. He gave so many good suggestions, and advised the right thing and very reasonable too. They have very good crew for different jobs. He follows up on every step and a great supervisor. Very happy that we gave him the project.
