Mr. Alexander responded promptly, showed up at the arranged time and did a good job fixing the leak and a few other problems with my roof. We have had quite a bit of rain and wind since then without any leaks.

Frank came out quickly to repair my leak on a Saturday at a very fair price. He also came back to take care of several other things for me a few days later. He kept me informed along the way. No complaints, will use again.

1) Returned my call in a timely manner; 2) Was reliable in time of arrival for estimate; 3) He was extremely fair in estimate price and answered all of my questions; 4) He called before his arrival for the repair work, and completed it in an efficient manner. 5) It rained yesterday, Sun. 03/11/12 and my roof doesn't leak! 6) I'm very satisfied and would recomment Mr. Alexander to my neighbors.

Mr. Alexander resolved a problem that I had been fustrated with for months. I had a leak on my porch roof that was created by work that was done by someone else. Thanks to to Mr. Alexander the cause of the leak is gone. Now when it rains, I can stand on my porch and not get wet.
