Charles returned my call in a timely fashion(within a couple of hours). We discussed the project and he arranged to come to my house the same day. A broken leg and some scratches, along with a new coat of shellac was needed. We agreed on what I considered a resaonable price. He took the piece with him, I paid him half to begin the work. We agreed he would return it in 10 days(to fit both our schedules), but called 3 days later he project finished. He matched the leg to be replaced exactly, removed the scratches, and redid the finish. I was very satisfied.

Excellent job on stool chairs and very good handy work! I was impressed with the finish of the wood, given all the nails and scratches I placed in the wood. Wow, what great work. I would recommend this company to anyone! Only comment, a little pricey.
