This company assured me that they could fix my cane seat on an expensive antique chair. After having to arrange pick up twice they proceded to ruin it; They gouged out the old caning, and stapled through the new band that holds the cane seat in. They then proceeded to call us and tell us it was finished and ready for pickup. The wood around the caning is rough and looks terrible. It would catch on your clothes if you try to sit on the chair. After we refused to pay for it that way they did nothing more oher than offer to take it elsewhere to be fixed at a proobable additional cost. We opted to take it and run!

Work was excellant. Price was a little high. Staff was courtious and reliable. Could have a better image if they cleaned up and straightened up the front office ! I'm happy with the service and will use them again.

Ruined my furniture-- I wanted it reupholstred-- they made it look cheap and they would not fix it. I didnt like the job. They were very rude- they asked me to leave their shop. picked my furniture up oct 27 and didnt get it back till JAN---- they said it would take 3 weeks.

I was quote one price over the phone and after they pick up the chairs the price almost double. I ended up only doing 4 out 6 chairs. So make sure to secured a garantee price.

The customer service was friendly. I had chairs upholstered. The tacks were not inline - some tacks did not match. Fabric hung over the wood frame in places where it should not have, and parts of the wood frame were exposed where they should have been covered. A very poor job! I didn't have the heart to complain to the friendly service people for their effort and price. I would not use them again.

Did what they said they would do. Glad I had my Quote in writing--deliverymen did not have the Correct amt. on their Invoice. It was a mis-print on their end. I would use them again.
