Horrible work

Response by Galloway Homes and Development, Inc.: Our work is always under warranty! We have NO idea why this person is saying this. This job was completed in a professional manner. They stated that everything was fine when it was done and this customer paid when they were invoiced. We have had absolutely no calls, complaints or conversations from them since job completion. We have tried to reach out to them to at least find out why, now, this is being said, but we have heard nothing and this was job completed approximately 8 months ago. We can't fix what we don't know about. Customer service is very important to us. Our goal is to make our customers happy.

Thanks Galloway inspector!!! I'm very happy to work with him in the past two home inspections. He worked very hard and he cares what you care. One of small homes took him three trips to complete the inspection due to seller side of issues. He had not complain at all but went there again and again until complete the project. I'll work with him again soon and will recommend to others. Thanks Galloway!!!
