I chose to work with G Bass Co. because their estimate was within our budget, they offered a competitive warranty and the company had solid ratings on HomeAdvisor. The boiler install took a little longer than we expected, but communication with the owner, Gary, was good throughout the process. The job was finally completed once Gary's son fixed an electrical issue we were having with the separate zones. We are happy with how the new heater is working and would use G. Bass again.

New boiler installed at end of winter season. Work was excellent, but will have to wait for winter to return to test the product.

Project: Install a Geothermal Heating or Cooling System
They did a very good install and I would recommend them to others. They were fairly priced and installed the unit quickly. The unit as supplied by the manufacturer had a refrigerant leak and G bass company quickly put us in contact with the local manufactures rep to diagnose the problem. Rather than fix in place and possibly continue to have issues with the unit G Bass replaced the entire unit and so far we have no issues.

Project: Install an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
G Bass replaced my heater over the weekend, as an emergency repair, with no money up front. They gave me the info I needed to get a low interest loan from a PA Energy Star loan program then they started fixing my heat. They worked Sat and Sun to get it done at no additonal cost and the heater works great! Their price was right in the middle of the estimates we got but they are family owned (father & son) and they are the only ones who cared enough to come over the weekend and get heat back for me and my family. G Bass is definetly a 5 star company. Great work from this father and son team - thanks guys!

Besides installing a new heat pump I have used their services to do maintenance on another rental property of mine. I am intending to use them again in the future when I need their type of services.

I got a heat pump and a/c unit installed. I was impressed with how the unit runs with little noise. The overall quality is good with the touch screen thermostat. The company is new with financing, so once you work through the paperwork everything else goes quick. The installers do a good job, and don`t take short cuts.

I liked Gary right from the start, the way he explained things to me and the products he used, I had hoped his bid would be the best and ' till it was all over, it was so I chose him. A lower price for even more efficient products that the others at higher prices. I am happy. The men worked very well.
