My heat pump stopped working the day of the big storm that blew through the mid-Atlantic region on June 29, 2012. These guys came out the day after amid all the downed trees and debris and replaced a capacitor in less than an hour. They were quick and it cost $189, which I thought was reasonable.

I would readily recommend the professional who serviced my A/C. He was reliable, affordable, and reasonably priced. When he knew he was going to be late, he called to let me know ahead of time and apologized sincerely. Again, I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone else.
