Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Great price, completed on time. They installed an exterior door in the garage, and the deadbolt was just slightly out of line with the handle latch - so wouldn't lock if the handle latch was closed (door shut). (They must not have locked it and neither did we prior to them leaving). But all we had to do was buy a metal file and file the deadbolt strike a little, and it fixed the problem. We were very pleased overall - and definitely would recommend them.

Project: New Window - Single
Before I got information from Home advisor, I asked more than ten companies to quote fix/replace windows. One window with arched top is valued more than $5000 to replace by three companies, and no one says they can fix it. One morning Greg from GT construction called me and said they may probably fix the rotted wood. It is the start of the raining season and it took them about a week to wait for the sunny day. On Thursday, they came and repaired the window perfectly and told us some information about how to maintain them. He saved us money by paying only hundreds of dollars. They are real worker not sales man which is common in here.

Roof refinishing and repainting + wall repainting project took slightly longer than expected and well over budget on materials cost. At the end of the job, Greg did his best to make it right and the quality of the job was acceptable.

Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
My door was broken down, the frame an absolute mess and I met with several different contractors getting their bids and explaining my needs. Greg beat everyone else by $150 and found a door that was almost completely identical, which was very important to me. Was very friendly and upfront about what needed to be done. I work a lot but Greg was flexible with scheduling. I needed proof of everything and he was great with receipts and an invoice. Couple of things could've been a bit 'prettier' at the end of the job, but considering he did all of it while I was at work I couldn't have asked for more. Overall great experience and would use again!

Greg is a rockstar. My kitchen sink cabinets had some water damage. Greg explained what he was going to do and gave a very reasonable estimate. The work exceeded my expectations. Full marks to Greg and his team.

Greg was very responsive and professional. There was a defect with the part initially installed and he quickly replaced it and took care of the problem. He can cover so broad range of works so I wouldn't need to look for experts for different home maintenance jobs, which is too much hassle.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
These guys were awesome! The owner was diligent in communicating with me via email and phone. When he came out to look at the job site, I was honest with him about my other bids and he was willing to come in lower to keep his crew busy. Work started the next day on my fence and was done the day after. Everything was custom made, and well crafted. Details matter to me and in that, they did an excellent job. They were also careful not to trample the new landscaping and clean up after. I highly recommend them!
