GT promptly returned my call - we set up an appointment immediately tp determine problem. After clearly explaining work, parts and costs, parts were ordered and a second appoinment was set up for installation. Arrived on time for second appointment with appropriate parts needed for the job.After a few hours my pool was up and running again.This was a welcome experience after dealing with unreturned call and cancelled appointments by email from 2 other pool contractors.

Mr. Tulll had been ill, so he was a little backed up on his work, but when he finally came, he started off the job fine- it isn't done yet, but that isn't his fault.
