I am very pleased with the work. The tech showed up on time as agreed on both occasions (measuring and mounting), very professional, friendly. Easy to communicate by e-mail. Good discussion of possibilites and good recommendations; the tech has lots of experience.

Bob Hemeon was our contact and he was very pleasant and patient during our visit explaning everything and providing us with many options. He did have trouble with e-mailing us the bid, but wwe received it by fax and were happy with the quote.
