Company seems much more honest then ones I have dealt with in the past. Had same problem 3 years ago, and used other well known company - was charged nearly double for the repair with only a 1 year warranty on parts. Garage Door Doctor parts come with 3 year minimum warranty - much better value. Rep was friendly and fast!

I really don't know if we got a good deal or not because I've never priced garage door openers before, but the service person was professional and tried to fix it a cheaper way first. He wasn't pushy, and he did quality work and responded very quickly.

I put in the service magic request late on a Thursday night. Garage Door Dr. called by 8am the next day with a quote and had a truck here between 9 and 10 am. Told me what I needed without trying to over sell as many companies do. I paid fractions of what my neighbors paid for the same service

They called me back within 5 min of submitting my quote. They were on site at 9AM the next morning, fixed our problem within 2 hours and charged very little for this time. I have already recommended them to 5 different people. Excellent service, wonderful technician, and overall good value!
