Other than the installers being a little late,due to unexpected heavy traffic, the entire experience was just about perfect. The company owner/sales rep showed up on time, did a site inspection, made some recommendations and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant and professional. He gave me a written estimate which I felt was very fair and reasonable. Later, I decided to purchase a more expensive door, we negotiated and I feel that I again got a very good price. I have absolutely no complaints.

I spoke with Sherwood in the morning, literally minutes after I submitted my request for a quote on spring replacement. He set up an appointment for later that morning to assess the job. He gave me a quote which was in line with other quotes I had received so we set up an appointment for the same afternoon (it was great that he could squeeze me in). He arrived that afternoon, completed the spring replacement and actually "tuned up" the garage, all under the original quoted price. He noticed a couple of other issues that will need work in the future, gave me quotes and I will certianly call him back when I'm ready to do the repairs.

Very honest and professional. Provided original estimate of $75-$100 but only charged $35 after diagnosing the problem. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. I would definitely recommend to others and will call again if necessary.

Sherwood was prompt in assessing what was needed to repair our garage door, and equally prompt in making the repair and tuneup. He also gave several tips on door maintenance that will be helpful. Overall, a very good job.
