We also have over 30 years of experience in providing a full spectrum of landscape services including design, installation, irrigation, lighting, water features, hardscape, maintenance, repairs and arbor care. To maintain and ensure outstanding personal service, we avoid overbooking enhancement and installation projects, and we see projects through from start to finish, completing them in the least amount of time necessary. Gardens of the Wine Country has a small, highly-qualified staff that places primary emphasis on personal attention, service and detail. Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping

The owner, Alan, was wonderful and presented himself very well and promised to oversee everything needed doing on this project. However, he never came again and sent workers who did not know what to do or how to do it. I was not here the first visit. The second visit, I was verrrrry ill and barely was able to communicate with them. They still didn't please me. The third time seems to be "a wash" and I want to cancel my Contract with this company. The owner told me he would contact me when he returned from his vacation ~ LAST week ~ I have not heard from him at all.

Response by Gardens of the Wine Country: This client had many personal issues and difficulties during the short duration of our involvement with her...which was less than 30 days. Contrary to her claims I did in fact maintain contact with her, prior to and after my trip...we both mutually agreed it would be best to terminate our agreements.

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System

Alan, the owner, gave a good price for the project it was not cheap but was fair. Covered the necessary work and followup that was needed. He showed me the operation of the time clock and remote that came with the system. Cleanup before irrigation tubing was installed was excellent. Miguel Alan's assistant was a good listener and pruned my overgrown shrubbery with the proper tools and skill (Hand snips & loppers no noisey chain saws)Took away a ton of leaves branches.

In the initial call, in a half an hour, Alan had the pasture irrigation working and problems identified! We are continuing to develop my landscape and I have confidence it will reflect my personal style and be practical also.1

Project: Service a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System

I met with Alan on the day agreed. He was timely, courteous, informative and recommended what he thought would be best for my needs and repair. The job was completed on the day agreed. Alan communicated by e-mail what was done and why (with photos)as well as information on how to water my lawn. His charges were reasonable for the work done. I would use him again for any other landscaping jobs!
