The only thing I was not happy with was having to buy most of the supplies and tiles above the estimate.

Response by Gary Groce Builders: I completed Lori's bathroom for the exact contract amount--no extra costs as far as payment to me. Lori was responsible for furnishing much of the materials on this project. She changed the way she wanted her floor tile laid to a much more complicated pattern which caused me extra labor to install. Although I Did Not Charge Her For The Extra Labor, her new floor design required more tile. I ask her to supply the additional tile per our agreement. I assume she liked my work since she awarded me a 4.17. I enjoyed working for Lori and appreciated her business.

Garry did none of the work and I was under the inpression he would be. So I felt I ended up paying xtra to have him call someone to do the work. The men that he hired were verry good workers and treated me and my home with respect . If I ever need more work I would Try to have them again. Ann R.

Response by Gary Groce Builders: Ann R. is one of our precious Senior Citizens and I enjoyed working for her very much. She is incorrect when she says I did none of the work. I did all the plumbing work on this job and trimmed her cabinets myself. My full time helper, who has been working for me over 10 years now, does do all my paint and texture work becuse he is the best I have ever seen. I called Ann and talked to her and she acknowledged to me that she was incorrect-I did work on her project. However, she told me she was too busy too send in a correction. She did award me a 4 star rating so I guess she likes my work after all!!!

Gary was prompt, efficient, and curtious with estimate and work. They protected path surfaces to their work area. I was not happy with the drain in the sinks and Gary went out of his way to correct the proplem to my satifaction. They came back a few days latter and corrected a leak problem.

I had some changes and he met my request. I also had him to redo my water lines and he met my price. I took pictures of the progress and my wife and I feel he did his best. His crew was excellent. I have no complaints and I requested he do my kitchen also.

Gary's extensive experience and competence was evident when he and his crew did a major tear out and re-model of our hall bath and a major update of our master bath. He and/or his crew were on the job every day for one month and made every effort to deliver quality work and create the vision we had for our bathrooms. Gary conducts himself in a very professional manner and is very pleasant to work with. We are loving showing off his beautiful work.

would hire him again. will hire him again hace a second bathroom that needs to be done. worked every day project finished on time. some parts were displaced, but gary reordered and every thing came up fine value was medium but finished product " I Love "
