It was great to find someone local that I could trust with such an important situation for me. They handled everything for me after my initial phone call, contacting my realtor, scheduling the appointment and contacting the seller. He completed a walk thru with me and pointed out all issues called out in the inspection report and provided recommendations for repair or service. I for sure would recommend.
