I originally hired Scott to mount a TV on a wall at the end of December. When I saw he did other work I used him for electrical and such. He was very OVERPRICED! His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I need invoices from him and he does not respond to calls or emails! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Response by Gentles Electric: I tried to provide this customer with the level of service that they expected.I provided invoices,gave her discounts that are part of my service magic adds,I even provided services at no charge,for work on a weekend.I will learn from this situation and provide better services for my future customers.
