Highly recommend Gilroy Northeast, from start to finish they were pros. I had stairs and gate installed on my deck and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lois, John and Charlie are professional in every sense of the word who deliver great customer service, quality work and customer satisfaction. They will be getting a call for my future projects.

Gilroy Northeast Inc. was very professional and super courtesy to me. They said they were going to put a piece a machinery on my property to get it ready for the start of the job - the next thing I know they have started it and then finished it very soon after. They worker that actually did the job was super nice as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for landscaping.

Hard-working, followed code to the letter, and were quick to fix issues that arose. The patio paver design is stunning- very high quality.

Thorough doesn't begin to describe the level of service provided, I am almost selfish in wanting to share how extremely happy we are thus far to avoid the overwhelming surge of customers that will come their way, cause we have finally found "OUR" contractor for life - but nonetheless you will not be disappointed. Project: Remove a Water or Fuel Tank

Best contractor in the Stroudsburg area. Their work is top notch. They did a Patio and deck for our home. The renovation is beautiful. . Great office staff that cares. Price was fair and such dedication to detail. We work in NYC so it is wonderful to have a company that takes care of everything including permits because our time is limited. Would hire again and again.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps

I have never had a sloppier masonary job done before. Two other layers of stairs had been replaced and the quality of work on those two far exceed what was done by the employee of this company.

Response by Gilroy Northeast, Inc.: Harry loved his small step repair when completed and still wet. He never contacted the office once to let us know that he a problem with his step. Weeks later I got his very disappointing internet review and asked him why he never contacted our office. He said he would rather complain. That day we looked and explained it is a natural white dust which comes out of new brick after being laid,which is normal and it needs to be acid washed which we would of been happy to do or replace the whole step again, or give him a full refund. He wouldn't let me refund him,acid wash the step, or replace the whole step for free.

Gilroy Northeast, Inc. is the most professional contractor I have ever hired. They always kept a good line of communication, informing of every step being taken for my project. They also kept appointments, very important to me, since my project was many miles from my home. I have already recommended them to friends.
