Ed was very easy to work with; he came back a second time to get up spots that were tougher. I believe some liquid came out of his machine when he was taking the equipment back to his truck. I will ask him to come take a look.

Ed did a great job on short notice it was next day service. They are the most professional cleaners I have used in the Hartford area.
