We have some light colored upholstered furniture so discolored from skin and hair oil that we thought we'd have to get rid of it. Well, Daniel from Global worked his butt off and not only got the furniture clean, it looks essentially restored. And, I don't know if this is typical, but we got same day service. Now, instead of the furniture being banished to a back room, we can once again proudly display it in the living room. Thank you Daniel!

I was surprised when they were able to clean the area rug right away on my deck (expected them to take it away to clean it). It was a very dirty rug (hand me down, which we had considered taking to the dump). Global employees nworked hard to clean it and did so successfully.

During hurricaine Sandy my basement flooded and was filled with water. My insurance company was not being very helpful in coordinating water removal services and repairs at the time. I called Service Magic after unsuccessfully trying to seek assistance through the yellow pages. Before I hung up the phone, Daniel from Global Carpet cleaning had called and stated that he would be available to come to my home to start all of the necessary work that night. I was elated and relieved all at the same time because this water was sitting in my basement for at least three days. The staff from this company was very friendly and did an excellent job!

Daniel - and I would suggest you ask for him, did an excellent job - I didn't recognize my carpet when he was finished. He got stuck in traffic and called me to let me know he would be a bit late. He was very courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have Daniel come again and am planning on having additional carpeting cleaned by him in the future.
