tech was very knowledgeable and experienced, he took about 4 hours to complete. he showed me how to re-install drain w/ helpful tips. I noted some minor roughness on one side of tub and assumed that is normal. i would recommend them in the future. I did however get conflicting information from all the estimates about whether a tip could be repaired or not. Most said matching the color would be tough and all recommend reglazing.

The professional arrived on time and finished on time was polite and courteous. The tub looks great. Only time will tell if the finish stands up to tenant use.

Quality was not what we expected. Technician left without caulking finished tub to floor. We were also overcharged the amount of our downpayment due to lack of communication within company
