Project: Install a Window Air Conditioning Unit

Jean picked up from the store and installed a window AC unit for me. I wanted a unit that was as quiet as possible. The AC I chose was supposed to be extremely quiet if it was properly installed. Jean and his helper worked carefully and skillfully. The result was the quietest window AC I have ever had installed for me. In fact it is incredibly quiet. Jean was very nice and sincerely concerned with making sure I was completely satisfied with the unit and its installation. I am hoping to have Jean do more work for me.

Excellent. Showed up within 2 hrs of calling and stayed until the job was complete. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Project: Repair or Service a Refrigeration System

Jean called within a minute of post my job. He came the next mornig. Did what he could to repair my refridgerator - we'll see if it works. Jean used to work for Sears as a repairman, so he knew his stuff. Cost was more than reasonable. He was very couteous. I'll be passing his name along to friends and business associates.

He is extremely polite. He is always on time and does what is expected, comes to do the job. He is extremely professional, very good to work with the customer. He is honest, never confronts the client, will call if there is an issue.
