Patrick was professional and took care of ALL the roof problems. When a problem did arise he and the owner of this fine company were there the next day to correct it - no time was lost in making everything perfect and of course they did not charge us an additional fee. They show you pictures of what is required and picures of what is done - for those of us that cannot climb roofs!

Martin was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. When I have my entire roof replaced I will certainly call them again. I was very satisfied with Golden Star Development. They submitted a detailed written estimate and in the end that is exactly what they charged. No added, hidden fees. They finished the job on time. The crew was very good and they cleaned everything up nicely. I was pleased with the senion discount and the permit they paid for. I am very happy with their service and will use them again.

We highly recommend Golden Star Development. They removed three layers of old roofing and put new compostion tiles on a 3 bedroom house and separate garage.They gave us an excellent price and used top quality, brand name materials. Workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to details and outstanding cleanup. You will be very pleased if you choose this company.
