Great experience. Had a hole in my stucco from a woodpecker and wanted to make sure the job was done well. My phone conversation gave me the confidence that he was the right person for thejob. He made sure to listen to my issue and was willing to help. Has a wealth of experience and does a thorough job. Also, spent time to let me know what he did and tips on how to prevent probiems in the future. Would highly recommend and use in the future for any stucco related problems. Gordon was professional and timely. He explained all of the necessary steps in order to repair the stucco properly. He returned my phone calls promptly and was right in the middle of the price quotes. Overall a great experience with Gordon C. Gordon did a beautiful job patching several large holes in my plaster walls and fixed a large crack to prevent further damage. He also made sure to return promptly when I noticed he had missed an area we had discussed (I was unable to be there at the initial time of repair) and answered all my questions. Seems very flexible with his schedule and is very accommodating. I will definitely be hiring again for future plaster repair as I continue restoring my home.

Gordon is a pleasant person to work with. However I had a tight schedule and they started a few days late which made for some tricky rescheduling of everyone behind them. I had a lot of work to be done, and it was completed with excellent quality. However one room over time has shown faint crack lines. I'm not sure if that is the house or the work. The actual bill was larger than the estimate but I was also warned of this ahead of time since I had a large job.

Gordon was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. He communicated very well as to the timing of this project and in fact was able to start a day earlier and complete the job sooner than anticipated. His work was the best I've seen and I would use him again. His clean up when finished left nothing for me to do and he advised me as to how to finish painting the repair when it was finished curing.

When we talked about the job Gordie outlined exactly what he thought needed to be done on a ceiling repair. The plaster had gotten wet and fel to the floor. Based on his outline of how he was going to cut the hole all the way to the wall, fully insulate the celing, and make the repair... we went with him. His written estimate did not include all of the detail that he had talked about - but I shrugged it off. My mistake, right there. The repair was good, but no insulation and the hole was not cut back to the wall. He said he stuffed the old insulation back - that is what was thrown in the trash because it was too wet. Get it in writing.
