I asked Grace Mechanical to give me a 2nd opinion on an AC issue for my rental home. I talked to Leon Tuesday afternoon and he and John Henry both showed up Wednesday morning to diagnose the issue. I save several hundred $ with Grace than the 1st guy. My only complaint is that they said they would take 3 hrs to come back but they took 4-5 hrs. Not a huge deal but it was my parents who let them in the house (tenant had to work) and they decided to just wait rather than drive back and forth in case Grace was done sooner. Well they were done later, and my parents had to sit around longer than expected. I would use Grace again!

Contacted Grace Mechanical for second opinion. Outstanding customer service. Professional, prompt and courteous. Thoroughly explain problem and solution. Resolved the problem quickly. Cost was a third of the cost of the original company (saved over $1000). They have gained a lifetime customer.

John Henry came out the same day, about 1 1/2 after the request was submitted. Very professional, friendly and reasonable. I've told all of my coworkers about his Awesome Customer Service..I have New AC company.....Grace Mechanical!

Leon the tech that showed up came within the hour they stated over the phone and came perpared. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what needed to be fixed and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We were in a true bind and was waiting for another company to come out. That afternoon we decided to no longer wait and find someone else. Within mintues after our submission to servicemagic, we received phone calls. John was professional and came within the hour.
