Jim called the day I found his number through this website and made a special trip to see what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and told us he would order the parts and return within a week. A day later he called to say the parts were ordered and to set an appointment. He arrived on schedule and proceeded to complete the work in the amount of time he said it would take. He was very neat and careful in his work. We would definitely hire Jim again.
