Randy called me within 10 minutes after my online request. Met me at my house to look at garage door within 45 mniutes after the phone call. Quoted me a repair price. Had to come back the next morning after obtaining the part. Ran into some unexpected complication and even had to replace a part he was not planning on replacing. Did not charge for the new part. Stayed with his original quote.

Very satisfied with prompt and courteous service. Have already referred a good friend and wouldn't hesitate to refer others for their service. They ran a little late to my residence, but did call to assure they were finishing their job and would be at my place shortly.

The guys from Greeley Garage Door were great! Not only did they take my call after hours (6pm), they arranged a time to call back two hours later and were on the dot. They arrived ontime the next day and quickly assessed my broken opener as well as advising me about a broken track wheel and possible safety situation. They were able to return later that day to fix the garage door and completely replace the opener which was broken beyond repair and no longer available from a mfr that is out of business. The work was quick, clean, and reasonably priced. Thank you!
