Green Dry lives up to its ratings. They may be a little more expensive than some, but they do an excellent job. The previous owner of the condo I'm leasing had a big, nasty stain on her carpet that she was told could not be removed. When Green Dry came to do the estimate they looked at the spot and said that they could remove it. And they did. If you want the best, it's worth paying for.

Brian gave us a fair estimate, came when he said he would, did a great job, and helped set the house back up again. Our entire house has ceramic tile so it was an extensive job. I found him friendly and professional. I have already recommended GreenDry to others.
