Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System

Green Energy Mechanical did a great job replacing one of our central air condenser units. They were very professional and did the job when promised at the promised price. I had three different HVAC companies give estimates on what needed to be done, and Green Energy Mechanical was the best value. Jonathan recognized that the central air unit I had was compatible with the newer r410a freon and only needed a new valve to make the switch from r22 freon. Two other HVAC companies said I needed to have the evaporator coil replaced. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and will use them again to replace our other unit.

Jonathan called promptly after I made a request through Home Advisor and set a time to come to my house. A big surprise when he called to tell me that he would be 15 minutes late. Jonathan's is not common behavior. His price was fair and competitive. Installers were knowledgeable and very cordial. Finished worked on time and all works fine. I definitely recommend Green Mechanical

It took 3 calls before talking to an agent. My calls were not returned. Besides a routine cleaning, there was a distinct metal bang when the furnace shut down. I made a call to Green Energy Mechanical to discuss the repair that was not corrected about one week ago. As of this date, my call has not been returned.

Jonathan is very quick to respond to emails. Work took longer than expected (apparently we were having work completed during the busy season) and we weren't always contacted about whether someone would be at our house in the morning or not to work. Once work did begin, it was completed pretty quickly and neatly. From what I hear we got a great deal (we changed from oil to gas and converted to a tankless water heater); especially since the removal of the oil tank and old H20 heater was included in the price. Jonathan was also helpful with rebate information. Would definitely recommend Green Energy Mechanical.
