Pre-clean of my new home was done ok. Ok, but not great. I probably wouldn't refer them to anyone else. It may be because I am used to more of a deep clean, and this was just a pre/basic cleaning. My usual cleaning service is out of commission due to recent surgery, but I can't wait until she is on the mend! Customer service was good, and Gina was very hospitable when addressing my concerns.

Owner did not show up as promised. Window sills were dusty, table had food crumbs and obviously had not been cleaned, kitchen appliances were not cleaned off, end tables in living room were missed. Master bedroom appeared to not be touched. My family didn't know the house had been cleaned until they used the shower and noticed things were moved.

My husband and I hired Green Team Cleaning this past week for a major deep cleaning before a party we were hosting at our home, and they did a fantastic job!! We have used other cleaning companies that are very well known, but I think Green Team is far better. I don't even know how they were to get some areas of my house looking so sparkly clean and new. I consider myself to be a very thorough housekeeper, but these girls put me to shame!! (I mean that as the greatest compliment to Green Clean.) We will definitely me hiring them to clean for us on a regular basis.

Green Team contacted me within a half hour after my request from Service Magic. I set up a date and time and the team was right on time and jumped right in with cleaning project. The house looks great and seems to sparkle. A super job and the ladies were so accommodating to my requests. We were so pleased with the work and courtesy, we are considering bi weekly cleaning with Green Team. We have had maid service in the past but none can compare with the job done by this "team". Thank you Gina and Service Magic for another perfect solution to our requests.
