Our goal is to minimize the waste that is created from your project. Paper, plastics and other materials to protect your belongings are all either recycled or reused. A painting contractor that is truly environmentally minded, at work and at home, is very important to ensure that your money spent will continue to work for our environment and our community. At home my wife and I are very aware of water and energy conservation, recycling, re-use, minimizing our waste, composites, buy local and are constantly striving to leave the smallest of footprints that we can in our daily lives.

Excellent painters and Ryan is very fair / straightforward on pricing. Our particular job was for a 1500 sq ft house built in 1902 with all of the old plaster walls and quirks you might expect. POs had painted themselves and left a variety of dings, unrepaired walls, no caulking, bad lines, etc. We've had a closet guy in at the same time which delayed the work by two days, and GreeTree has been extremely flexible and fair in working with the resulting delays. I have appreciated the meticulous attention to plaster repair, flexibility in room sequencing and dedication to low VOC materials. Great painters - I highly recommend them.

Negotiating with Ryan from GreenTree Painting and Design was a pleasure. He was understanding and accommodating. The painting itself can be improved. I did my final work though after the painting, anything that I can lay my eyes look fine. However, as time progress and I am settle in my home, I notice there are paints drip or splash on the floor, which I told Ryan it was recently refinish a days before he arrived. Some of the paint does come off, other unfortunately remain. I find that next to the refrigerator wall, there are area that is not painted. Overall, the quality is okay, the value for money I expect a bit more, cs is high mark.

Response by GreenTree Painting and Design, LLC: The paint that remained on the floor, was not from our work. Customer did not have the floors re-finished, he had them re-sealed (no sanding) and the floor guys sealed over old paint from the previous paint job. That's why the drips did not come off, and they were not from us!

Ryan did a fantastic job repairing a faux painted wall. He patched and painted the wall without knowledge of the original paint colors used. It was truly remarkable. He wouldn't quit until the match was close to perfect. Not many painters could accomplish that task. He's an artist!

Very disappointed. The quality and professionalism is just not there. There was spilled, splattered and dripped paint everywhere as well as damaged property. Most serious was the breaches of contract. They stated they would apply two coats of paint, along with primer and scraping of the window trim. They only applied one coat of paint--no primer or prep. Also, the job was to take 5-7 days--in actuality it took over 30 days. They took other jobs in the middle of ours and said they were just too busy to finish our job and ultimately hired someone else to finish the job. They are not reliable, professional or responsible business owners.

Work was performed exactly as I asked, when I asked, on a very tight timeline. They painted a commercial space for me, which included some hazards like heavy furniture, computers which could not be unplugged, janitors who created re-work for them, etc. I'd also like to point out they were very trustworthy, which was an important factor in choosing a painter for me.
