Ulysses did a great job. After moving the dish to a different location due to interference from trees, we found that one of the LNB's was bad, so he had to go back up to work on the dish. Very professional.

Our satellite got knocked out when we installed a new roof on a Friday. Ulysses responded quickly, came on time and did an excellant job getting the TV working again in our house. Can't thank him enough. We would have waited several days to get Direct TV to our house to hook us up.

The contractor was very friendly but the work performed was very poor. They couldn't get signal strength above 50 which imo is way too low.
