I would rate Luther's visit as one of the most pleasant experiences among the the many contractors who have entered my home to peform services. Luther was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and resolved PC and TV glitches masterfully! His service fees were more than fair and I will use his services on other projects, and recommend him to all my neighbors, relatives, and anybody needing in-home services. Luther was very qualified and knowledgeable of what we were trying to accomplish. And made sure to stay within our price range. He was an awesome person, very down to earth, and a pleasure to work with. He even started and finished the job in the freezing cold weather, bless is soul! I know it was hard on him. But he aimed to please!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

The representative was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I wasn't pleased with a bill of $650 to install new Windows and security program. I was without my computer for a week and a half.

Mr. Green was responsive to my phone calls, was concerned about both quality and cost and explained things to me about my computer in an understandable way. He is thoughtful, efficient and punctual. The work he did for me was of excpetional quality.

Mr. Green and his assistant were very competent and friendly. They promptly completed hanging my 60" TV over the fireplace, cleaned up, and left for their next job. I am very satisfied with their work.
