Glen Greenwood did a great job taking down a 2 story almost solid concrete house of about 4000 sq. ft and not hurting the pool which was about 3 ft from the outside wall of the house. Glen is easy to work with, knows what he is doing and did more that I expected giving me a big empty spot that needs grass on the ST. Johns River.

Mr. Greenwood is an extremely professional contractor. I had a time restraint to demolish a property by Orange County Code Enforcement and Greenwood & Son Contracting, who took the job less than 3 weeks before the deadline, not only got the job done 3 days before the due date but also performed it with high professionalism. He get me informed step-by-step on what needed to be performed and when it was performed. I highly recommend this company to any person looking for this type of service.

Glenn was a professional throughout the entire demolition. His work on my demolition project was completed exactly a promised. I live in another state than the property and he worked with the county demolition department to get all the necessary permits and insured me he would get the property up to code. He did that and exceeded my expectations. This property was abandoned by the tenant and he left a mess, but Glenn gave me a fair price and did the job. In this day and age it is nice to find a company that still makes customer service a priority. Highly recommend.
