Chad did a phenomenal job dealing with a difficult tile problem. The damaged tile on the wall was in a 50 year old house. There was no way to find a matching colored tile to replace it. We looked everywhere. This happened when my husband put in a new countertop and sink, he accidentally fractured the tile, leaving holes and fractues in a 6 x 1 1/4 inch tile. Chad repaired it by smoothing out the fractures and filling the hole with grout that was colored by hand to disguse the damaged areas. He also left me extra colored grout and a brush for future touchups if needed. I highly recommend him. He was great with my puppy as well!

Chad Simmons and the young man helping him worked very hard to get the job completed as promised. Chad was not good about being here at a specific time, but he worked hard to make up for it by staying late.

Chad did the job I needed and some additional work, so we re-negotiated the original estimate. He had over committed to other clients, so the job took much longer than anticipated due to his unavailability and problems with an associate worker. I think he does good work, but needs to better organize his time and commitments. I don't know what the problem was with his associate. I would recommend his service with the caveat that you ensure he has the time available to meet your time frame for the job.

I really thought the kitchen floor in the home I just bought was too far gone to be restored then I found Grout Magic and am so glad I did! Chad was able to make this floor look brand new in a matter of hours! My floor looks marvelous and even my new neighbors cant believe it! I trusted Chad and his team in my home to work their magic and when I got home from the office the floor was well on its way to perfection! Thank you, Chad! You guys are awesome!

Chad Simmons was quick to respond to my ServiceMagic inquiry. He came and gave me a detailed estimate for the work to be performed. His knowledge was professional and all inclusive about what I needed in areas that I did not think about in connection with a tile repair job in my main bathroom. The work he did was excellent and the results gave my bathroom a "new" look for a 30 year old house. I was very pleased with the results. However, Chad's one big fault is that he was not "on time" showing up for the first workday and seemed to have an issue with basic time management. He seemed to have underestimated how long the work would take.
