Dale who is with Grout Masters of Va. was here on time and they did an execenllent job. I am very pleased with the work they did. Very respectful, answered all of my questions, cleaned after and during the project. The tiled wall in the bathroom looks brand new. Love Grout Masters of Va. and would recommned them to any one who needs this type of work done in their home. Sincerely, Iris.

Dale and Kevin arrived on time the scheduled day. All item were repaired and/or installed as promised. Extremely realiable and friendly. I would not hesitate to refer Dale to work around the home especially for cermic tile.

The regrout work done on the floor was excellent and well worth the money. The wall tileing met our expectations and the contractor was receptive to our needs and changes as the project progressed. We would use these guys again and expect to in the future.

Dealt with Dave long distance as a condo owner redoing bathtub caulking. A small job but Dave gave us the best price, included a recommendation to clean grout (which we elected to do), and did a great job. He loses a half star only because he groused a little about having to compete for the work--something that worked in his favor. Highly recommend.
