Joshua provided great customer service and completed the small repair job quickly after working around my extended vacation schedule. I appreciated that he looked at the entire roof to let me know there were no other issues needing attention since we are getting our house ready to go on the market soon.

We had an emergency situation (active leak) and Travis was out within an hour of contacting Guarding Roofing. We ended up needing a whole new roof and was pleased with the job they did.

I have had nothing but problems with this Company. I hired them to tear off my roof and install a new Torch down roof. I was assured the workers were Journeymen and had experience installing Torch down. In my opinion, none were Journeymen, and didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. I tried to explain how I wanted the roof installed (I am a retired Journeyman roofer). It looked like they installed it in such a way that good roofing practices were not utilized. During tear off, the Fascia board at the NE corner of the roof was kicked out a few inches and was not properly repaired and attached before roofing over. Upon completion of the job, I was told someone would be out to clean all roofing related debris and the roof pressure washed, as well as a walkover final inspection. After 2 weeks, I had to call and have someone come out to clean. On Nov. 7 cleaning was done and on Nov. 8 "Abe" came out and did a walkover with me. At that time, I pointed out my concerns with the roof, including the Fascia board situation. On Nov. 10 I wrote a letter to Jorve again requesting the Fascia be repaired and enclosed a check for $4,110.00 On Nov. 23, a worker came out to repair the Fascia, but told me he was unable to because there was "fiber" holding the Fascia out. The "fiber" he referred to is the cant strip on the inside of the Fascia that was pushed out during the tear off. I paid the entire bill as expected, except I held out $1,000.00 until the Fascia had been repaired. On Dec. 27 Jorve sent me a threatening E-mail and voice mail saying that they have sent me several notices for payment (which they did not, nor did they send any invoices). On that same day, they crafted a threatening letter to me demanding payment. Keep in mind; repairs to the Fascia still have not been done by them. On Jan. 4, 2017, I called Jorve and told them the call was in regards to their threatening letter and messages. I made a payment that day for $1,000.00(that payment was deposited the same day) to get them off my back with a request that they send me a receipt for that payment and that they send somebody out to repair the Fascia. I was assured that they would take care of both items. On Feb. 10, I received a letter from Jorve; I thought they finally sent me the receipt for the $1,000.00 payment. What I found when I opened the envelope, was not a receipt but a bill for $5,110.00 Due Now! That prompted me to send them a letter outlining my feelings. On Feb. 15, I wrote a letter to Jorve explaining my feelings about them. As of the date of this writing, June 14, 2017, I still have not received the receipt as promised and the repairs to my Fascia still have NOT been done. I turned this company in to the Atty Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I feel this company is untruthful. The Owner/General Manager Matt Swanson, wrote a letter to the Atty General that appeared to be lies and fabrications. He states that they did not damage the fascia during the tear off and that his field supervisor "Abe" showed photos of the fascia before and after to both me and my Mother. That is a trick as there were no photos taken, they were not shown to me and my Mother as the photos do not exist, and finally my "Mother" passed away several years ago. This company still has not even sent me the receipt for final payment as I have requested several times. I have sent letters to this company several times as well as phone calls and have received nothing but lies and refusal to repair my building. I advise, do not hire this company. Remember! Guardian and Jorve are owned by the same people They combined companies. Check out more reviews. Most are negative.

Guardian roofing was prompt and efficient. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. They walked me through the construction they were and explained everything to me.

The first thing I noticed was that Joshua looked in our crawl space as part of his estamet and took pictures to show me that the plywood was in good shape. None of the other companies that we had estamets from only guessed. All the work was explained in full along with options. I would recommend them to everyone.

The process of scheduling an appointment was abysmal. I had to make several calls to get them to commit to a date and time. My job was small, (only required 2 hours to complete). Yet I had to threaten to find another contractor in order to get them to take me seriously. The service tech, Mike, however did a great job. Even though his dispatch failed to inform him that I was to be his first call of the day. Once that issue was resolved, the repair went without a hitch.
