Project: Remove Wallpaper
The job was wall paper removal and painting walls and ceiling. Mr. Guedes was friendly, professional, hard-working, takes pride in his work and concerned about customer satisfaction. My one complaint is he underestimated the amount of time required to remove wall paper adhesive resulting in an additional $450 in price. Mr. Guedes did an excellent job removing the wallpaper and prepping the walls until they were smooth. The paint job was high quality. The job took about 40 hours and he charged $1450 dollars, supplies included. Mr. Guedes clearly explained all steps of the process. I am very happy with the look of the room I recommend his work.

Nilson Guedes did an excellent job with his drywall repair and painting. He was very professional, punctual and finished ahead of schedule. His work was excellent and very high quality. I would recommend him highly and certainly use him again.

He was prompt and efficient and we agreed on a price with a handshake rather than an estimate. It worked out ok. He cleaned brick and painted a ceiling.

Nilson was outstanding in his work and customer service. He was on time, curtious, clean, trustwothy and very respectful to my mother who is elderly. He plastered ceilings, painted them and painted the walls. He also fixed the rubber to a garage door. He was a pleasure. thank you

Nilson was extremely DEPENDABLE, did an excellent job on our ceiling repairs, and charged a very reasonable amount. He was very friendly, explained everything he did, and cleaned up after the job. He used the best quality materials. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Nilson was very adaptable to our ever changing plans, offered a professional opinion at all times and was extremely helpful in making our project come to fruition. We are very pleased with the quality of work, the personal interest Nilson took in our project and his ability to get it done on very short notice. When we need the rest of our unit painted we will most certainly we hiring Nilson again.
