Joseph responded within a few hours of my initial request for information and stopped by later that day to give us an estimate to clean up our back yard and garden beds for winter. He completed the job 3 days later - in the rain! - and he and his team did a fantastic job. My husband and I are very pleased!

Just recently hired Joseph to plow my driveway and so far am pleased with his prompt response whenever we get a accumulation of snow. My only beef is he doesn't backblade my parking area on the side of my house.

I did not think they were professional, careful, or courteous in their customer service. They gouged my lawn with the power rake and did not tell me. Mr. Guidry complained about how little he made on the job compared to his time invested, since their belt broke on the power rake midway and they had to spend time leaving and coming back to finish, which was not my fault or concern; perhaps they should have been prepared and carried a replacement belt with them.
