this was an enmergency situation with a rental property whose tenants were frozen out in the last cold snap. Ken from Gunner gave me a prompt (lowest of three) bid and agreed to do the work on Sunday so the retail outlet would not have to be closed during the week. He arrived promptly and did an efficient and effective job. My tenants are snug and warm and happy with the prompt resolution of the problem thanks Ken

Gunner Insulation's performance, product, and value were greatly appreciated. Ken the owner replied to all of my questions and concerns regarding our project promptly and with professional knowledge. They were flexible with my families schedule and even called ahead to see if they would be able to start the job earlier then originally scheduled. I have full confidence in the job performed, the product used, and the fact that they will stand by their work.

I had a coolling problem with my upstairs. I had talked to the air conditioner people who thought I needed a new system for around $15k. I talked to roofing people who thought I needed to completely redo my entire roof with fancy ventilllation systems. They wanted around $18k. I called Ken just to get another opinion and he found the problem in about one minute. I had one of my air conditioning ducts had come loose and it was blowing all my cold air into my attic. Ken reattached the air duct in about five minutes and only asked to be paid for the price of the materials: $20. You can do the math for what he saved me.
