Had problems with my HVAC after Anderson was here just to do a maintenance which we had already payed for.When they returned they wanted 2700 just for evaporating coil. Another 2900 for condenser coil. Mickey came in the next day, and although he tried to repair the condenser coil, the leak was in a tough position and couldn't guarantee success. I liked his honesty and gave me a good price on a brand new system. I would recommend him to my family, neighbors and friends Andy S.

I was contacted promptly and they showed on time. My service was completed and the quoted price was honored without any games. If they had the needed part on the truck things would have been quicker. I would use them again.

The tech was itching to get to my job, and when he got there he diagnosed the problem promptly as being a breaker, not a compressor problem. Was a great relief for me.He recommended some other work which I did have him do because I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me something I didn't need. He also talked me out of some work due to the age of the system as he said it would be a waste of money. Very happy with the service. The only bad thing is they do not take plastic.

Mr. Gunter was prompt and provided education as to how everything worked with the a/c unit. The fee to refill the unit with freon was in line with his competitiors and I would use him again.

Mr Gunther responded promptly to my call. Came out on Monday morning prepared to change compressor from info i provided him with from my other HVAC Repairman. Mr Gunther thoroughly inspected system and found that the Service Ports installed at the factory had never been removed. The unit was installed almost 2 years ago, The home is vacant and was under repair.Once Mr Gunther opened the service ports, the unit ran and cooled perfectly. Mr Gunther charged $275. saving me almost $1800. over the quotes from other hvac repairmen. The unit is a new perfectly functioning unit and other repairman never took time to analye the problem.
