My experience with Mr. Fixit staff on both occasions was very good. The gentlemen were very prompt, mannerly, and capable. I would recommend them, unreservedly!

Prompt service and very responsive to comments from me. Also received helpful comments on roof conditions along with photos. Very nice!

Project: Hire a Handyman
As I live on a new street, I told the lady at Mr. Fix It that the handyman would need to call me to get directions on the way in. He didn't call me until he had gotten good and lost - and then charged me an extra half hour for travel time. Even though I told the lady at Mr. Fix the three things t I needed to have done, the handyman did not have the tools necessary to perform one of the repairs and indicated he did not know about the third repair. He offered to go to Home Depot to get the needed materials - at additional cost to me, of course. I declined. Would not recommend - very poor communication between Mr. Fix It and handyman.

We are also concerned regarding the comments about not being prepared. We work hard to ensure that our crews have everything they need, and want to make things right with you. Although we do sometimes make mistakes, we want to properly correct any concern that you may have.

Project: Remodel to Accommodate a Disability
My experience was fantastic! After meeting with Mr. Fix-It's rep several options were presented for my project and timely pricing estimates were provided. Upon agreement of an installation date, the crew arrived on time and worked neatly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm very glad I used Service Magic to connect with the right contractor.
