We were overwhelmed due to Sandy storm and felt even more so by this process. Habitat Safe Solutions came and got to work the next day after surveying our damage. Very professional. We recommended them successfully to several neighbors.

These guys were amazing. The crew was sweet and helped with many things outside of why they were there. We had a fwew people try to scare and gouge us but Habitat Safe Solutions were a joy to deal with from the get go.

Everything started well. They came promptly, sounded very professional and eager to do the work, so i gave them the project. Then the problems started: 1. the workers were sloppy and incompetent, resulting in me having to hire additonal help to fix the problems they've created; 2. no post-op testing was done, and the mold reappeared a week after the job, and the company tried to invoice me for additional work (instead of finishing the job properly); 3. the owner (Anthony) is a smooth talker and a very personable guy, but appears to be a lousy businessman :(. Overall, i will never hire then again, or recommend them to anybody!

Response by Habitat Safe Solutions, LLC: We helped this man in every way possible in his time of distress. After finishing his mold clean up in a day and a half at a very fair price. We set this fellow up with a drywall sub after he said his friend would do it. He continually asked us for money back because FEMA would not be giving him any money. We saw some his points and settled at our loss. He was not capable of such a management task. 6 weeks later he e called to ask for more money back after we had been there again to clean his wet walls, free. Read our other reviews.

They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. Their pricing was reasonable. They responded to my initial call, gave an on-site estimate and scheduled the work for a couple of days later all before I was called back by other companies. I would definately recommend this company.
