Did not provide what I expected from their web-site

Response by Hall Engineering, Ltd.: Monroe had a completely different expectation of what we do. I provided him a DETAILED report on what was wrong with this home but he expected and wanted a different service. Please ignore this review as it does not reflect our work quality.

They were very responsive and arrived when scheduled. The assessment of our basement structural columns took about 30 minutes and seemed somewhat casual. We were charged $500.00 to tell us that everything was fine and no changes were needed. We were informed before hiring them that this was the fee, so no problem there. The report generated regarding the structural stability was not very professional, however, and I'm not sure I could use it in the future.

An inspection was required by my insurance company to confirm hail storm damage. Justin provided a very prompt and thorough inspection of my roof. His follow-up on the request was professionally presented and included pictures that I could submit with my claim.
