Nice guy but diddn't finish the job, Cheep price, paid for what I got. If you have an rental property he will be the righht person for the job.

Excellent quality of work, honesty and proficient in many many areas. Sheet rock, tiling of bathroom floor with porcelain tiles, removing and replacing toilet correctly and plumbing, finishing of a Pne floor with stain and polyurethane. I wanted to send you a phot of the almost finished bathroom floor but am not sure you will understand.
